Forecasting 05/10/2011

If your like me, you prefer to know what is coming out and when in terms of my new comic books. I was/am attempting to have at least one comic book in the Lindon File at Worlds Collide every Nerdy Magazine Day (Wednesdays), which I am not sure will work out the way I planned as I simply went by what week the comic books I get had re-debuted. So, I will be taking a peek at this website http://www.comiclist.com/index.php to see what the "forecasts" are for each week. Of course they can't be spot on, with delays, reprints, and just plan old delay can throw these dates off.

This also means I will be posting the new releases from DC Comics and Marvel Comics every week, my source being ComicList http://www.comiclist.com/index.php this way not only myself will know, but my fellow Nerds n Geeks can too, in case your too lazy to click the link (which is located on the right side of this page, titled "Non-Geeky Nerds Links"-check 'em out as I plan to add more as I find them). Especially for my peeps who have taken the plunge in entering the comic book world.

So, from what I see (again, subject to change) on the next Nerdy Magazine Day (this Wednesday), I will be picking myself up Detective Comics #2, Red Lanterns #1 (hopefully there were enough ordered-2nd printing as you can see), Red Lanterns #2 (hopefully, I like the first and/or the title is added to the Lindon File). And my precious little Nerdy will be getting an Archie title and/or a back issue of her choosing. Like I have mentioned before, in concerns to Marvel Comics, I watch their movies and that is all anymore, DC Comics is where my head is at print wise, but it will be "covered" from time to time, I did read it back in the day, as I notice also from the list that the X-Cutioner's Song comes out in Hard Cover (HC), which is the storyline that I was reading when I first entered the Marvel world, mostly the X-Universe of course.

So again, see anything that you like (which should be Detective Comics #1, now in its 2nd printing, and issue #2 while your at it, sooooo worth it, well the first is for sure) go to your local comic book retailer and pick it up, if not? Go on in any way and check it out, something may just catch your eye, from Comic Books to Clothing to Statues, endless possibilities, and you'll never know until you venture out.
